1. Acceptance of Terms✓ By using Fitgress, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use our app.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior✓ Prohibition of Objectionable Content:We do not tolerate any form of objectionable content within our app. Objectionable content includes but is not limited to material that is offensive, inflammatory, sexually explicit, promotes hate, or is otherwise inappropriate.✓ Prohibition of Abusive Behavior: Abusive behavior, including harassment, bullying, threatening, or any other conduct that is harmful to other users, is strictly prohibited. ✓ Reporting and Enforcement: Users are encouraged to report objectionable content or abusive behavior encountered within the app. We reserve the right to remove any content or users that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.✓ Consequences of Violation: Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion. We may also take legal action if necessary.

3. User Content and Conduct✓ User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post on Fitgress and for your interactions with other users.✓ Content Review: We do not pre-screen user content but reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates this Agreement.

4. General Terms✓ Changes to Agreement: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of such changes.✓ Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
